Brad Griffiths  - HEAD CHEF


Arriving to the UK from the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia, Brad began his apprenticeship at Marco Pierre White ‘the Godfather of modern cooking’, before moving to North Devon.


He will be bringing both his love and passion for food as well as his high-end style to The Manor House Inn restaurant.



Having previously spent holidays with her family in Croyde, Helen moved here in 1997 and was delighted to take over the management The Manor House Inn.


Having had previous experience working in pubs from an early age, Lindsay moved to Croyde with her mother, Helen, to work at the pub. 


After travelling round Australia and New Zealand and completing several ski seasons, Sean arrived in Croyde for a summer job in 2005. The rest is history.
